Accents= Difficult
I watched a funny video today of British people doing American accents! It was Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, RUPERT GRINT, and Tom Felton. They had to say things like 'Olive Garden', 'Glenn Beck', and 'Boo-yah' at first, but then the interviewer made them do sentences like "Justin Bieber is the man" and "Twilight blows". It was hilarious and a huge relief that they can hardly talk our way like we can hardly talk like them. Just because their accent makes them sound more intelligent doesn't mean they can do EVERYTHING!
I also saw this thing where some lady did twenty one different accents! Including 2 types of British, 2 Irish, 3 Australian, and 5 American! It was incredible! But then I started to wonder how much free time that lady must have...
I still don't know where she's actually from.
Anyways, I myself can do an okay British accent. Well, at least my friends say so, but I don't agree. I can really only sustain it well for a couple sentences and then it falls apart. Oh well. I guess I'd rather work on USEFUL skills. Maybe one that will actually help later on in life?
