Cirque du Soleil!
That's what I did yesterday! They were in town, my brother-in-law got free tickets, and the whole family got box seats! Sooo great!! We saw the show 'Dralion', but I don't think that word means anything.
It was really cool to be actually, there. Since we're not exactly wealthy, we never get opportunities like this. But spending lots of money isn't the only way to have fun. The clown guys who were just being stupid were Italian, and they were really funny. But the guy they 'picked' from the audience was really with them. BUMMER! One guy fell off a trmpoline at a part that wasn't dangerous at all, but still just really fantastic stuff.
I wonder how they find kids to be in that. Obviously there were a lot of young girls. Do their parents just let them go anywhere with the circus? If I was flexible, or physically fit at all, I'd want to run away with the circus. Life would be such an adventure.
The coolest thing was when they made a big human pyramid, and they were all jumproping at the same time with one huge rope. Amazing!! And my mom loved that all the music was live.
One thing that bothered me was that one girl in gold was just running around with an hourglass the whole time, not really doing anything. How unfair! What is her talent?
Overall, a once-in-a-lifetime thing for me. So happy right now.
